Playing Around

Mommy and Summer play around when changing clothes. Some how it ended up on her head as a turbin. Hehe. Then I caught her sticking her tongue out at me. Such a little goof!! Then we had to throw in the first soccer ball and see what came naturally. She kicked it hard. The next Mia Hamm!

BUMBO!!!

This is one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed!!! A friend of mine had her son in his Bumbo so I decided to go home and test ours out. It was hillarious watching our little one kick back and watch t.v....sitting up on her own! At first she had to get the hang of it but then she was all smiles.

New Friend

Summer hung out with her new friend, Jude!!! She wasn't the happiest of babies due to a much needed nap which she gladly took in Jude's swing. Isn't the size difference hillarious? Seeing as Jude only follows behind in two weeks of age!!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Summer's first Thanksgiving was spent in Newbury, Ohio with her Greatgrandparents!!! She met the whole Herwig family. She was pure bliss. Constantly smiling, happy to be held by everyone, no complaints. We did have a bit of fussing before we left, Summer has started teething!!!

Such A Happy Baby

Summer loves to have her picture taken!! And Mommy loves to take pictures. Her smiles and coos are just amazing (I must say so myself). Summer loves to swing her hands in glee and kicks away with her tiny feet, but watch out! they pack a punch!!

Happy 1st Halloween Summer!!

Daddy and Summer wait excitedly outside for the trick-or-treaters. She just laughed and smiled the whole time. Then Mommy took over while Daddy and Grandpa slipped into their costumes.

First's For Summer & Mommy

At first, I was completely against giving Summer a Nuk or a bottle. Boy did I learn quickly. We got it in her mouth for about a minute and then, POP!, out it came again! Then came the dreaded bottle. I have never felt so useless in my life. But she made me feel better by only taking it for a few minutes and finishing with me!

Tummy Time

Tummy time isn't our favorite pass time in this house but for once we have a happy girly. I also got down with her on the floor except I fell asleep.
